People really are just starting to make stuff up at this point. LOL. Also, the first time I heard someone call a mojito a "mo-JI-toe". Interesting.... To each their own. Haha! 

1oz (30ml) Lime Juice
3/4 Simple (22ml) Simple (1:1 ratio)
1.75oz Rum (52ml) Rum Fresh Mint
Shake and double strain into a coupe!
Top with Chaaaaaaaampagne.
