For those seeking timeless elegance, the “Black Pearl” is a take on the Old Fashioned, but using black walnut bitters instead of Angostura. This add a dark and slightly bitter flavor that weaves through the concoction, leaving a lingering complexity on the palate.
The "Monkey Paw” is our version of the Moscow Mule. Instead of ginger beer doing all of the heavy ginger lifting, we use our in-house freshly ginger syrup, to give this cocktail an extra KICK. We also top with bitters and as you sip, you're greeted by layers of flavor – the initial citrusy notes, the crescendo of ginger spice, and the subtle finale of aromatic bitters.
