RENTALS (included at no extra cost; they make OUR lives WAY easier onsite!)
  • 6' bar rental.
    ​    CCC bars are mandatory and included for free*. Bars pictured below. (If there is a bar you specifically want, we will create the same one for the price of the rental.)
  • Back bar shelving;
  • Back bar table & linen;
  • Hedges (as per below);
  • Lighting (as per below);
  • 42" round cocktail table (for water dispenser).
​(*Our bars are custom built for craft cocktail bartending. The efficiency of our entire operation depends on this!)
(If there is a specific bar design from a rental company you like, you can put this cost towards us and we'll build you a new bar in that specific design!)
 STAFF
  • Bartenders;

COCKTAILS
(yes you can still order vodka/sodas etc)
  • 4 signature cocktails UNLIMITED. Pick 4 off our menu, (these are only suggestions).

BEER
  • 2 choices: Corona, Heineken, Modelo, Pacifico, Golden Road IPA or similar.

WINE
  • 1 - 2 choices of House White
  • 1 - 2 choices of House Red

OPEN BAR
  • Main spirits; vodka, gin, whiskey, tequila, scotch, rum.

SYRUPS
  • Made fresh in-house, all natural, organic ingredients.

SODA
  • Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, ginger ale, ginger beer, tonic, club soda.

JUICE
  • Cranberry. (Orange and grapefruit if required for cocktails only.)

WATER
  • In self-service dispenser on 42" cocktail table, setup next to the bar.

EQUIPMENT
  • All bar tools - shakers, tins, spoons, muddlers, jiggers etc;
  • Trash cans, (recycling and regular) - for bar area only;
  • Chilling tubs;
  • Floor mats.

BAR SETUP
  • Cups (hard plastic; 9oz rocks, 10oz collins, Champagne; dependent on cocktail selections);
  • Napkins;
  • Garnishes;
  • Paper straws.

MENUS
ICE
  • Includes delivery.

SETUP / BREAKDOWN
  • 2 - 3 hours set up;
  • 1 -3 hours break down time.

  • General and liquor liability coverage for all venues, including unlimited additional insureds.
