Who's Up For a Luau?

Bartending at Dave and Jill’s house again. We love it there!!! This time it was a luau theme in the summer and was a unique and fantastic experience. It was like taking a traditional celebration and turning it into a tropical paradise. The couple's attention to detail and the warm weather set the tone, and our role was to craft cocktails that transport guests to an island getaway. It was all about the fun, the floral leis, and the delicious drinks. The atmosphere was filled with laughter and more importantly TEQUILA! Love you guys!! <3

Ranch Water appraently is not Ranch Dressing. LOL. It's literally Tequila Soda Lime. Super simple, super easy. Try it and see if you like it.

The Mind Eraser is a super simple and super good drink. And if you add Cream, it turns into a White Russian.

Bartender tip: Shake a cocktail till there is 3/4 oz of water.

Tip of the day, always clean your counters immediately after making a drink. Trust me, the customers will love you for it.

Dry vermouth and whiskey = not a good mix. But try it out for yourself and see how you like it.
